該系列鉆機為機械傳動，轉盤回轉，重心低、 傳動平穩，堅固耐用、操作安全、密封性能好， 鉆機布局合理、便于維修保養。該鉆機可采用油缸液壓搓扣，也可采用石油鉆探擰卸鉆具的工藝， 用錨頭輪裝置擰卸鉆具。

主要用于水源、中淺層石油、天然氣、煤層氣、 地熱等鉆探。也可用于地質、礦井建設等其他工程鉆孔。
